Thanks Jeremy - it's great having a couple of National Wildlife Refuges nearby. The critters, while free, get a bit more accustomed to not being bothered. And the food supply is great for them.

As a follow-up to an older thread.....

Seems the feds had some deer they relocated to the refuge. The coyotes were doing their thing, which amounts to eating the deer when the opportunity presented itself. The federal solution seems to be to shoot some of the coyotes. The refuge is a bit less of a refuge these days.

I guess the thread title was prescience.
