Generally regarded as the most colourful North American bird...and I think its true!

The female is one of the only all green birds in North America, and it is ideally suited to blend into its surroundings.

I've never seen one. Maybe the female has always been around and I was just unable to spot her. :)

I think you are right,very beautiful birds,you captured them both beautifully .That Female sure blends in well ..amazing .
