Bug ID help needed

We have these things crawling all over the place and I can't find a proper identification for them. They're, approx 1/4in long, and I'm in WA State.

I *thought* that they were Western Conifer Seed bugs, but they are too small and don't have the distinctive, black and white patches along the edge; and subsequent web searches came up with one ID of an Assassin Bug. But, it doesn't look like ANY assassin I can find, outside of that one ID.

So, I'm turning to the local knowledge base for some help Thanks in advance, and here's the critter.

Looks similar to a common flower bug ( Anthocoris nemorum ) its the only one I know with the single black spot on each forewing....I maybe wrong.

That led me down the right path, mandokid; thanks! It's a type of Seed Bug (Rhyparochromus vulgaris)...doesn't look like anything we need to be concerned about.
