Hit select, and it will open a screen with both cards listed. Use the main dial under your index finger to switch between cards Current: 5DM3, 6D, 8mm fish, 24-105/4IS, 35/2IS, 70-200/2.8IS, 85/1.8, 100-400/IS v1, lensbaby composer with edge 80, 580's and AB800's

In the USA version, the explanation on how to switch cards and record to different ones is the first item. Basically, you just select from the card menu which card you want to record and view from and press Set. EOS 5D Mark III
