Lumbar Pack

I have a Think Tank Speed Freak bag that i love. I am going to Europe soon and I want a standard Lumbar pack to carry a spare lens, filters, plus a snack and some water.

The lens that would go into this pack is either a Canon 28 1.8 or Canon 18-135.

Amazon has a High Sierra Ridgeline Lumbar Pack for ~ $35.

I don't want to be lugging the Speed freak bag everywhere and a lumbar pack would be ideal. I am a fly fisherman and I use a Fishing Lumbar pack all the time, but the one I have is too large for what I want.

Any suggestions on a good lumbar pack would be helpful. Thanks all!
