By far the biggest name I've ever shot. Show was crazy- he does a lot of crowd surfing. And he's good at it too.

The lighting looks quite boring for such a large venue? I like both the shots with the crowd in them. I may have tried converting to black and white for this set because of the flat lights. Also, it looks like you weren't able to move at the front? All the pictures are from the one side which unfortunately means the singer has his hand in the way of his face most of the time. The other side may have shown more of his face.

#5 is an interesting shot - "ode to Cheerios"?

I second the thought on flat lighting, b&w processing will bring out some tonal depth. The milk snifter is a great shot, framed nice with the jug next to him.

Looks like this was in a gymnasium?? Probably not a lot of room for equipment I'm guessing. How great though to be so close! Love Macklemore! :D

Yeah, they did it in a gym, which meant the lighting was pretty awful. You guessed correctly on being able to move around too, they had the pit closed off since he was in it for a good bit of the show. It was by far not the best show I've ever shot, but it was a good concert. I'll definitely think about B&W processing, I bet it could turn out pretty well.
