I agree about dark. try to pump it up a bit. Since you have image editing on, how about this?

I played with that a bit but found if I kept the saturation of the sunset down it was looking pretty HDR ish with a properly exposed foreground. Which might not be a bad thing. I just try to stay away from that except when I am purposefully doing an hdr. Thanks for you input!

Here a re tweak. Im finding the overall exposure slightly lower once I upload it to flickr. Anyone ever notice this?
