Hey guys...always wanted to try out a long exposure...found a cool spot ...what ya think?
exposure was 2 hours I think.

Canada More info | Apr 05, 2013 19:08 | #7 i would do something like this with it.. darken the sky a little (it is night, afterall), and darken the foreground at the bottom right where its so bright, ditch the moon, & lighten the rest of the ground very slightly to match the brightness at the very front of the picture. -Paul Munro

A simple trick I find that helps is to squint your eyes. Your eyes will then be attracted to the brightest parts of the photo. If any of those are not your subject (eg your moon rhomboid), then it is likely a distracting element.
