TWO PEOPLE NEEDED.
I'm sure many of you know Condyk is again doing a southern Africa photo expo. I am also going back to southern Africa again this year. By coincidence, I'm also going back to the greater Kruger area. I do my annual trips to southern Africa jointly with a group of South African friends, which I feel gives us a chance to really immerse in some local culture while also getting great shots.
My trip will be to Timbavati. We will again go to Leadwood Private Camp, which is a 'self cater' lodge. This is a not for profit kind of deal where I have summed the costs and then divided by number of participants. My South African friends spend a lot of effort planning the meals for the event, so the food is grand. The lodge is clean and safe. I consider it first rate with 5 guest rooms plus an extra room I use. The camp owner, Jan Wilkens is an excellent photographer in his own right and has trained the guides in exactly how to position the vehicles. Here is a link to the shots I got in this camp last May.
