Hey someone who use this lens. Are you tired when use it?

Are there many Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS II's owners are women?

I have MKI (just upgrading to MKII) which is almost the same weight and did event shoots where I used that the whole day. Of course you get tired at the end but it is not just the weight of the lens, but also concentrating on the event to catch the right moments, framing the pictures etc.
My general recommendation not only for photography but for life is to spend effort and time on your fitness, do workouts, watch out for your nutrition, drink enough water, sleep well and everything will be much easier.

I've owned both, and the difference is drastic. Definitely worth it!

I never owned the MkI, but had rented it several times. Purchased the MkII on a good deal. The difference is huge. Better IS (4 stops vs 2 stops) faster AF and it works much, much better using TC's. I have no regrets spending the extra cash.

Cheers

Thank you, I got it and hopefully will be able to test it this weekend.
One small question: what is TC? (I am not native hence many times it is difficult for me to get the words behind abbreviations.)

So, I went for a walk with my new MKII. IS is really better, but AF failed several times. I was not pushing the limits just did my usual shooting, so I was a bit disappointed. I will test it in sports photograpy and check whether it works fine or not.
