Apr 05, 2013 19:52 | #18 Those are great improvements. Very nice work. Watch your leveling in post (window in the center of the uncropped image should be vertical, then you crop). 1D MkIV | 1D MkIII | 550D w/grip & ML| EF 70-200mm f2.8L| EF 24-105mm f4L IS | Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS | Samyang 14mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC | 430EXii | EF 50mm f1.8

Watch your leveling in post (window in the center of the uncropped image should be vertical, then you crop). You should experiment a bit with tighter framing for some of your shots. There's a bit of story telling the way you have them framed, but it's good to have some shots of just one player with the ball -- and I've moved about 75% this direction. Not saying you want to give up the wider stuff completely, but give it a run. Copy a couple and crop them tighter for comparison to see what you think. Thanks Waterrockets for your kind words. Never would have noticed the windows in the background are tilted. That's a very professional observation. I will be more aware while cropping here on....I will also try the single person closer shots and experiment in the coming days..Appreciate it.
