I usually don't photograph birds much, primarily because I rarely have the opportunity to do so. I took these while vacationing in Florida a couple of weeks ago. I got luck when the Sandpiper took off and was able to capture it in flight with water still dripping from its feet.

Any C & C would be appreciated for these or my Snowy Egret photos on a separate thread.

Bird photography is difficult and time consuming, at least for us beginners. Luck and opportunities are much rarer than in other photography fields imo. But it is FUN! That matters :)
Nice shots, a lot less noise than your egret photos.
Never seen #1. Confusing name if you go by the book but Wikipedia says Americans call it a squawk.
