Just finished a shoot and during the shoot I had bumped my shutter speed and my aperture a couple times. Is there a way I can lock them so I can not accidently bump them? I seem to remember reading somewhere that there was but I cant find it now.

This should help, pg 47 of the manual:

With Multi function lock set switch set to the right, it prevents the Main Dial, Quick Control Dial, and Multi-controller from moving and changing a setting inadvertently.
