when altering a raw image in lightroom how do you save it and move it to
adobe 10

If you are talking about PSE10, all you have to do in Lr is right-click the image and then click on Edit In Elements 10

LR has three methods of outputting a rendered color image (in LR-speak it is called "exporting" not "saving"). One of them is, as noted above, the Edit In option in the right-click context menu. The second is the Export dialog which will write single or multiple image files to a selected drive. It also contains an option to simultaneously open the saved image in a designated program. And third, the Print module can, instead of sending the print data to a printer, save it as a jpg.
