Does the mark consist of or include a place name that would be the reason for being misled?

This mark is a part of a "mark" that does include a place's name. This particular mark is not part of the name itself.

No. It is an item most people would know about from their school years, but most of those people probably have never actually used or owned one

Learned about in school, but not commonly owned, and not a musical or scientific instrument. Uhh.

Is it typically the property of a business?

(Good night. No more questions from me now.)

This is not an item a regular business would use.

Would a regular person own this item?

I prefer to be in the bush with the animals than a crowded city.

Well I consider myself a regular person and I own one.

A regular person is as likely to own an older one of these as anyone. The only type of person more likely to have one than someone else would be a collector. But having said that, a regular person is unlikely to own or buy a modern one.

So as much as you'd like to consider yourself a regular person, you may in fact be an irregular person? ;-)a

Was this kind of thing a common household object long ago?

No is the best answer to that question.

No. Well, if you have to use this item for its intended purpose, you better be fast.

No, I know I am a one of a kind.

No. As far as I know this type of item has never been a household item at all.

Some people may associate it with a common household item, but it is really quite a stretch to call it a type of one of those.

Is it related to sports or games?

EDIT: Hi, Chris. I'd better work on my timing.
