Earlier you stated it was an assembly of items. Later you stated it was small enough to fit in a cigarette package. I assume a cigarette package is the same size over there as it is here. Basically a size that nearly fills the standard shirt pocket.

So, that leaves this question, is this whole assembly of items together this small, or is this a removable part(s) of the assembly that is this small?

This is an assembly of items which don't "come apart". (Though some versions do, to a point)
The whole thing would fit into a ciggy packet of 20. Other versions would fit a matchbox, though some are large fist sized.
