This one is too small for that. You could lie down on a larger model of the same thing. Normal use of it wouldn't give you a reason to, but you could.

Standing on it is what I keep thinking too. So let me ask this: If part of one's body is touching this thing while in operation, is it one's feet that it is for? Mostly? Only?
