No. This image was taken with two 2x extenders and a full set of tubes. The item is a little larger than a glove, but what you see in the image is way smaller.  :p

This item is well used. I imagine some people would call it nasty, but few if any users of this item would think of it as "nasty," unless they caught an infant trying to teeth on one. Not a sneaker but you could probably purchase one at many stores that carry Adidas Brand goods.
