I believe a small part of this may be plastic, but the vast majority of this item is not.

It is considered a sporting goods item. I guess this item could be used to help a patient learn manual dexterity after a hand injury or a stroke but I have never heard of one being used for that or any other type of physical training.

It would have probably been wise if I had taken a wash cloth to this item before I took a photograph of it, but no, this item does not contain anything that could be considered cloth.
