If I was on the previously popular tv show, Fear Factor and Joe Rogan the shows host had the contestants eat this to completion. Would the victim/contestant survive this challenge?

I don't believe it is possible to eat this thing whole. If you somehow figured out how to eat it, you may live, but it is likely you would need to be hospitalized afterwards.

Is it part of something that a person would be apt to keep indoors?

Very few people would keep one just like this one anywhere but most of these types of items are kept indoors.

I am sure this type of item has been called way worse.

Not rock. It contains materials made from rock but I doubt most people would associate it with rock in any way.

It is primarily metal.

It is not bike related in any normal way. I believe it would be safe to just say no to that question.

Do these materials include glass?

One part of it is ceramic. Most people would be unaware of this though, so that fact could be somewhat misleading.

Does the item use energy in any form, such as electricity or fuel?

This one used electricity.

So this item is burnt, I guess.

While it was working good, did it need to be connected to the electricity outlet? (AC)

Technically I could simply answer "No" to both these questions. Ignoring your wording of both questions and answering what I believe you are actually asking, then I would say yes to both.

It does look like a burnt heap of something. That wasn't a question.

When the item was intact, was it used to produce heat?

It may look like a heap, but it is not.

Yes, when it was working it produced heat.
