Would I enjoy the experience of walking over this item barefoot? Which would be closer, walking on legos or walking on dog poop?

I don't have a clue why you would enjoy walking over this, but if you were aware of this item being there, walking over it would not be particularly unpleasant. No more so than walking over a small limb or a Coke can would be.

I am forced to go with legos. "Dood" translates to death in Dutch, therefore the other choice is something I would rather not have to deal with at all.

Most people would answer "No" to this question.

Would the rare person who answered yes be talking about something real? I mean did the item have a sort-of fan, a part that functioned like a fan?

The item by itself has no fan. The item this item is a part of has no fan. But it does have a fan in the same way most shower stalls have a fan. That is to say, there is usually a fan available to use by a person using this item if need arises.

This item is sometimes found in well provisioned lounges.

I'm a fan of Winona Ryder, is this where we are going?

A lounge can be an anteroom attached to a restroom, or it can be a bar. There are probably other spaces called lounges. I'll go with "bar" and ask: Is this kind of item used in preparing food or drink?

Is this a residue/remains of an item after some usage?

Yes

The appearance of the item in this macro is due to catastrophic failure not simply due to use.
