I have quite a collection of "old" cameras: a 40d and two 10ds.
What'd be the best thing to do with them?

My kids school is always asking for things for that reason. Unfortunately they're out of luck with me, as I do that take apart with my kids at home and they use parts to build "robots" 40D, 5D3, a bunch of lenses and other things
