I took a few photos during my last trip to the San Diego zoo.. Unfortunately many of the "cool" animals were hiding, and I couldn't find them for the life of me.

Here are some of the ones that I have taken the time to run through LR..

This one was quite difficult.. The Red Panda would not get into a position where I could get a good shot of him.. This was the best of about 50.. And I'm still very dissatisfied with it, but I love these Red Pandas...

Nice catch of the red panda! every time i've been to the zoo they've always been asleep and curled up

Yeah, this guy was pretty active, but he kept getting into places that made it most awkward to shoot him from.. Im 6'4 and I had to stand on my tip-toes and lean against a rail just to get that photo, and if you can make out the green distortion in the lower part of the frame, thats the remnants of the plant that was still partially blocking my view.

great series i like the panda best , the red panda i took pics of in hangzhou china they were very cooperative in the open all the time and sitting still for good shots
