Using filters with Samyung 14mm f/2.8?

I'm willing to buy this in a week or two. But was wondering if one can attach filters like Hoya's ND?

There are other filter systems that you can use. Lee filters for example. They are very expensive but I'm sure that there are cheaper alternatives.

For ND filters one can use foil filter behind the lens (external link). Thats cheap :-)
