High School Seniors

What's the best time of year to start photographing High School Seniors? I am thinking that April is too late. Am I correct in thinking the beginning of the school year would be best to start advertising for that?

Last year I shot a few before the school year even started, but otherwise yes its already to late, most schools have already sent their yearbooks out to be printed by now.

That's what I figured. I actually have a couple Juniors that want pictures done early so I will meet with a couple this week.

Yup I have started talking to a few Juniors already

So much depends on your market. In my area a lot of Seniors are just starting to plan for pictures and a lot are having their pictures taken right now. My reps will be handing out material to next years Seniors over the next couple of weeks to get them thinking about it a lot sooner than what is normal for here.
