Abseiling slug

Not seen this before- spotted a 1" long slug spinning in mid air and eventually worked out it was abseiling down from a daffodil bloom it had been chewing by making a slime thread. It was a slow process but it eventually hit a leaf having made about 7" of slime thread.

Nice shots! Cute little slug. Never seen one do that before either...funny...remin​ds me of how my snails will slowly drop down through the water. Of course, no slime thread needed ;)
