I am using fastone vesion 4.6 at the moment and It Is very good, but sometimes when I post pics on here, I have been told my pics lack abit of sparkle despite looking quite good In Fastone after the appropriate post raw work has been done, my quiry Is - although I believe Fastone Is on a similar level to other free pp sites like Gimp etc, I just cannot tell If It Is somehow stripping the IQ from my pics especialy when I convert to as higher quality jpeg as I can to post on here within the 150kb rules.
Most times I do this my reduced and saved jpegs from Tiff files are roughly about 80percent quality saved files at 800 x 600.

Are there any better free sites that I could get more IQ from and not suffer my Images lacking that extra bite I know they have within the camera.

"Sparkle" is not a technical term I'm familiar with :)

What is wrong with the photos, exactly?

Sharpness and punch almost like low In contrast, but on my fastone they are very clear and sharp and have that almost 3D appearence.

The problem is that you are trying to get it in under the 150kb limit to attach the photo onto POTN. The compression/conversion will kill the image at times. You will be better served hosting your photo on Flickr or something similar and then image linking it here. They can handle much larger images and they embed here very nicely.
FYI Facebook linking sucks as well.
