If that worked right, it should be a thumbnail of the Richmond skyline shot from Manchester that links to a larger version.

I don't think I've posted this here before, if I have, my apologies. It's one of my favorites, and I can't wait to have it printed (the print should be about 5' long, it'll look great in my home office/darkroom.)

What's now South Richmond used to be an independent city called Manchester, it's still kind of an informal name used for anything on the south bank of the James downtown. I like it because it's urban wasteland, good industrial shooting.

And a 5km lens bears thinking about... I think I'd be able to pick out the nose hairs on the Man in the Moon. :-)

Thanks. I want to go back and shoot it when there are some neat clouds instead of the fog/mist we had that night... I want to say it was August and in the 90s out after a thunderstorm.

I think, if I could get at that same spot during a thunderstorm, and got lightning in the distance, I could die happy. That would rock. :-)
