While we were in Vegas we took the requisite trip to Hoover Dam...

Very nice photos, love the first one, hard to get the statues and flagpole all in one frame without going wide. I had a couple pictures turn out like your 2nd picture, the inner intake tower is almost vertical, but the outer one is skewed at a weird angle, had to straighten it in Photoshop, must be something in the lens. I spent a good part of a day there last October, got some nice shots, and really enjoyed the tours. What an amazing place, so much to see, and the scale of everything is somewhat mind-boggling. All the little back-stories were fascinating as well.

Thank you! The statue one, I had to lay on my back to get it all in the frame, with my 24-105.
