You gotta think that these birds wish that they would have stayed south a bit longer... It's spring in Colorado--that means we get 15" of snow in 3 days :)

Winter hates to let go of us on the East Coast too! Nice shots. The Meadowlark really stands out in the snow!

I always wonder what the Robins eat when their 'snowed under' like that... Nice shots...

Thanks, everybody for the kind words :)

The official total was 22" of snow out of this storm in Fort Collins where I live. I know what the robins, one meadowlark, and a bunch of other birds were eating--stuff from my bird feeders! But I have been wondering what the birds I saw last weekend (Say's Phoebe, Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Mountain Bluebirds, and others that had just moved back) found to eat in this deep deep snow...
