Hi all,
I've become a bit addicted to shooting jumping spiders (as you do...), and I'm trying to capture as many different species as I can from my backyard and surrounds. Here's a sample of what I've found recently.
(More images in my Flickr stream if you're interested.)
#1 Lycidus scutulatus with prey
#2 Lycidus scutulatus (this one looks like he's about to take a free kick
)#3 Helpis minitabunda, female.
#4 Jotus auripes (?), male.
#5 Long-jawed jumping spider (Opisthoncus sp.)
#6 Hypoblemum albovittatum (?), male.
#7 Simaetha thoracica (?) juvenile.
