So in order to have a play with a RAW file to help someone out I went and installed LR4.4 the other day. I had been running 4.1 as I had had problems with the install on both 4.2 and 4.3. Wow I wish I hadn't now, although my machine is pretty poor spec wise for running LR I have always been happy with LR4 right since the first Public Beta version. Yes it would get a bit laggy and hang/crash if I tried to use lots of different adjustment brush effects, but I felt Process 2012 was worth it.

So after two days with LR4.4 I really want to go back to 4.1. It will now crash for apparently no particular reason, If I use an adjustment brush then I have to space click to change the zoom in and out to get the overlay to switch on and off and everything is much much slower than it was before. At one point it crashed and locked the whole screen out, although I could switch the focus to a different application it would not actually restore the window.

I also installed the 5 Beta and that on my system is just as bad as 4.4 seems performance wise, although I have not done much with it, it doesn't want to stay up long enough to really work on it.

So I would like to go back to 4.1, but I no longer have the install files, could anyone help me out with a copy or a link to a download of 4.1?

Thanks Elie, I thought Adobe only kept the most up to date version on their website.
