hi
can someone give me a rough, real world idea as to how many clicks i can expect from single charge, please? i've trawled thru the quick start manual, but either missed it, or there isn't any reference to it in there.

If I'm shooting a paid gig all day, it'll run for about 7-8 hours. Video nonstop is about 2 hours for me. Not sure about wifi, gps, timelapse, etc. http://jontakesphotos.com

More info | I'm slightly staggered (and VERY pleased!) to tell you, that for a pro' concert shoot last week, I got 2,366 shots and still had 26% showing in the battery AFTER I'd emptied the memory card to my computer! May 09, 2013 07:20 | #5 Thanks guys, that's all I needed click "pay". Was just a little worried I'd be juggling batteries all day, as I usually shoot between 500 and 1000 clicks per event unless its a full boxing card (1500+)

sandpiper Cream of the Crop More info | Yeah, the batteries are pretty long lasting. I use the 5D3, so not an exact comparison but the same battery, and for a day at the races I come back with between 2,000 and 2,500 shots taken, and always still have life left in the battery. I have never yet found myself nervously wondering if the battery will last till the end of the last race, there has always been plenty left.

I charged my LP-E6 batteries before a shoot last week. I took just over 600 shots and got home with one at 90% and one at 88% in my 60D. Same batteries, different camera though. I don't have wifi or GPS. I wish my 5D could do that.
