Sharpening in Lightroom 4 Question

I'd have to be on the no-ish side as can only see final output after running through the export process. This is where I used to struggle but after tests found some settings that worked for me. This is why I don't use LR for fine prints. I use PS for that. For mass edits LR export does a great job.

In LR I basically sharpened first then exported 3 images - low, standard and high for both glossy and matte and took the files to a local printer. I found standard is adequate for my needs.

In the Export dialogue there is a slider for Quality, the above is a suggested setting, rather than the full 100%.
