It is good as shown.
Definitely No to Sepia or coffee.
Those will bring a sense of Nostalgia and that is not what the picture is all about.
But then you may want to go crazy with color to bring the Wild side of contemporary on emphasis. Say an orange shade of yellow or Olive green, or a light blue.
Try and see if you like it that way.

Hard to say. There are so many presets out there these days. Nice tones.

I actually think it's just neutral and appears warmer to me for some reason.......I downloaded a copy and set it to grayscale and there's no difference when I turn the layer on or off. Weirdness :)

If you are familiar with PS, you need nothing else.
Just Use Image > Adjustment > Black & White OR Alt + Shft + Ctrl + B and then just play with each individual color. You will find what you like. At then end you can play with the rest of choice.
If you have no experience with photoshop, "Topaz B & W Effects" could help but as said there are lots of choices out there.
What has happened here is:
Contrast is decreased.
Whites are selectively, partially enhanced.

You can reverse engineer a toned image using Tone Hacker:

http://www.guillermoluijk.com/software/tonehacker/index.htm (external link)

Here is the Google Translate version of the page - Spanish to English:

http://translate.google.com …%2Ftonehacker%2Findex.htm (external link)

You feed it the toned image and it will return the RGB curves required to produce the toning.

Analyzing a screen shot of the image to which you linked returned pretty much a monochrome image.

Thanks for the analysis everyone! I usually do landscapes in which I'm almost always after a high contrast black and white. I usually reset the color swatches and use the gradient map to make a really nice black and white, but sometimes I use Silver Efex Pro
