printing 8x6 prints

how do i print pics other than the sizes shown in page set up in cs2 .
my printer also shows the same sizes.
i wish to print pics of other sizes ie:8x6 etc
and how do i print say a 7x5 0r a 8x6 on a sheet of a4


Canon EOS 30 D EOS 350 D canon eos 5d mk1, 100-400 L / 24-70 L / 70-200 ,canon eos 17-40 LL F4 / 10-22 /50 1.8, Sigma 105mm 2.8

Crop to the aspect ratio in question. If you need more or less pixels, resample and resharpen. Print.

In Photoshop CS2, you can crop to an aspect ratio using the Width and Height fields in the crop tool. For most photographic purposes, you want to leave the resolution blank.
