I'm thinking about booking a one week-ish holiday over the Spring/Summer and I'm considering one of those workshops where you go somewhere with a pro and have a workshop on location for the duration of the trip. For cost and time considerations, I think I should only target somewhere in Europe; possibly North Africa as well, but honestly in the summer I don't think I can handle the temperatures... So, couple questions:
1. Does anyone have any experience with those? Any feedback? Recommendations?
2. How does one go about finding and choosing one? Is there a website that lists them all?
