I put both images on its own layer then aligned them. Then I used a mask to hide the hummers pose on one layer and expose the pose on the other. Then I just created a two image animated gif with the masked layer off in one frame...then on for the other frame. Adjusted duration that each frame would play, set it to loop and saved as a .gif.
