finally had a chance to work out the 5d3. Natural light and a few little LR edits. The nail color was not my choice, either. High school senior photo:

Nice, I really like the tones on this shot. I only wish her nails weren't so bright.

Nice, I'd try to get the face higher in the tonal range. The big white blouse is the eye grabber right now. Then the nails, but we know about that.

How are you liking the 5DIII.

i see, looking at the second pic sun definitely too high up still, also you may want to invest in some filters for more landscape work, the shot i took was with a lee 3 stop soft gnd and bw 6 stop nd filters stacked

but you should definitely check out wilson outlook reserve, nice spot for story bridge/city scape but just have to shoot over the fence, otherwise park near story bridge hotel is pretty good too for city shots
