i generally just bring it into Lightroom first, and do some finishing touches in PS if need be....also have Silver Efex Pro 2, but don't use it as much any more

i tend to do 80/20 b&w versus color, but that isn't necessarily a preference, but because of a lack of vibrant colors when shooting..

Mine popped off and was lost at a wedding about a year ago...I sent the camera in to CPS and they wanted $385.00 to fix it...which seemed a little steep to me.

I've been using the camera fine without it by using the control wheels instead...but if/when I decide to sell, I know I'll be better off if this piece isn't missing.

108vc thanks for letting me know. Had lightroom for only a couple of weeks so still learning. Had a look at your site and there are some great B+W photos on there and these have rekindled my love for B+W. Not really done any since I stopped using film quite a few years ago. Keep up the excellent work .

Ouch! Someone on this forum had that problem a little over a year ago and posted about it, and soon after found a fix. I would try searching for key words describing the problem - its on here somewhere.
