Submitted an offer for $1350 for Canon 6d on Feb 5th and received counter offer for $1599. I was at work and before I was freed up to respond, my $1350 offer was accepted. Camera arrived on the 10th and I've registered and submitted my pre-claim for the rebate. Final net price after rebate will $1050!!! I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on a grey market because it would have ended up being more expensive. Can't say that very often.

Thank you for posting!

I submitted the same offer and it has been accepted. Sweet deal.

They must be getting more business now because it seems I'm getting a longer time for them to answer inquiries. Nice problem for them to have.

5% back with the code Feb15. I just had a ridiculously low offer accepted. I'm waiting until the item actually ships to get excited but I saved over 20% off from retail before the rebates from Canon and Greentoe.

It's a great site and the support has been really good. I've used it for the 85 1.8, Sigma 35, and 16-35 f/4. What I would suggest to others placing offers is to wait until the last week of the month. I have a friend who works at an electronics store and just like car dealerships, they too have a quota to make each month.

My offer for Fujifilm X-T1 hasnt been accepted in 2 days - i used the 5% code and I have a feeling that perhaps using the code lowers the chance of acceptance on offers as a part of that discount must be passed on to the dealers.

Anybody bought Fuli X-T1 body only, via GT lately? I would love to get a ballpark of the price.

No response when using the 5% code for me yet either. Still have a day to go, so fingers crossed!

I just put in a bid ($960) for a Tammy 150-600mm. I really think they're not going to accept it. Then I read where the Sigma 150-600 C can be pre-ordered. -?vmad Oh well, I'll see what happens, but don't expect them to go that low for the Tammy.

If you changed your mind and don't want it, and the offer hasn't been accepted, you can still go in and change the amount you are offering.

In other words, go change your offer to like $5. If they accepted that I'm sure you wouldn't mind.

Very true - I have had several "$1" bids as a result of changing circumstances while my bids have been active.
