first night pictures

took one couldn't find any place good to take a pic so I settled for behind my garage lol. ISO 400 shutter speed 2" F8 *don't remember what it is but thats what I set it for.

didn't like it should have set the ISO lower

IMAGE NOT FOUND
HTTP response: 404 | MIME changed to 'image/gif' | Byte size: ZERO | PHOTOBUCKET ERROR IMAGE

plus it probably didn't help I was holding the camera with the shutter speed extended

like you said, you needed a tripod or something.... but also... F8 is really small... you need something bigger, that would lower your shutter time. It seems that you might have a better shot shooting from the other side of the car.... the reflecting light would light it up better.

thanks, I can't remember what does it stand for? maybe I had it a little lower I can't remember it was cold out lol

Keep the ISO at 400 (S2 maximum), but get the aperature open to 2.7 (max on the S2). As mentioned, get a tripod- or simple solution, lay down with the camera on a backpack or something (sounds crazy, but you'll get some nice shots.)
