Long time since I started a subject like this, but anyhoo...
What is the best filter to cut out the "sunburst effect" on street lamps?
Its for my Canon 16-35mm lens since its wide enough for me.

You'd need a lens with a round hole instead of the multi-faceted hole created by the iris. A round hole is something that's virtually impossible to achieve with a multi-bladed iris. Skip Douglas
