i want to know how to make a perfect photo with good resolution and big size

and i want to know with setting is good for this kind of photos

It's not really as simple as telling you. It's takes years of practice to become a good portrait photographer.

I'm not there yet, but this is what I think would work:
1. Start by reading the hundreds (thousands) of posts here and elsewhere to get an understanding of the basics;
2. Practice for thousands of shots;
3. If you need it sooner, hire someone who has already completed the first two steps.

I'm not sure the perfect portrait has ever been taken.

And then theres what type of portraits do you want to take? do you want to take a commercial approach which are portraits that try and make people look better than they actually do by using flattering lighting, pre-established poses, make up, hair, retouching etc or the type that try and say something honest about the person much like the way Arnold Newman, Bresson, Eisenstadt, Evans, Lange approached it?
