We spent 12 days in the bush on the most exciting photo safari I can imagine - get up at 4:30 am out with cameras in hand by 5:30 am - to spend all day shooting with a special permit which allowed us off road access to animals you could only see as dots from the roads - I will be posting shots all summer hope you enjoy -

I could have reached out and touched this guy taking a drink

Great set Marcy, I am looking forward to seeing more. Could you give some details on your trip. Where in Tanzania, who with and the off road permit. I did one last year with a off road permit and was planning on doing another trip next year but have been told the off road permits may be difficult to get.

Gorgeous cats Marcy!
That close up of "The King" is almost scary, and you did a great job panning with the Cheetah.
I'm not sure there's enough flash memory on the planet to hold all the possible shots you saw.
