great shot overall. For my preference, I like the background slightly darker than the subject. I would have increased the shutter speed by 1-2 stops.

Also, 1/25 shutter is way too slow for portraits.

Lovely lass and nice capture. I'm seeing maybe a little too much green in her hair especially at the top.
I also agree with darkening the bg a bit.
EDIT: forgot to mention - maybe sharpen the eyes.

Shutter speed = user error. It sort of got away from me in the heat of the moment. Result was many lost shots. Live and learn.

Any recommendation on the eye sharpening?

Finally, likely going to punch her out of this backround and drop her on a medium gray, then pull the green out of the hair.
