I've never owned the zeiss but have tried it for a couple days. It's a nice lens in many ways but I can't get used to manual focus only, I just like AF too much.

I've been very happy with my sigma 35 1.4

1D mark IV, Sigma 35 1.4 Art, Canon 50 1.4, Canon 10-22mm moded for 1D, 24-105L, 70-200L 2.8 IS II, 580EX II,

I was wondering whether there is anybody who made a move....I would assume there are not many people to do it, but was hoping there are folks who did:-)

I don't own either but here's a comparison of the 35mm f/1.4's that includes the Zeiss and the Sigma.

I have the CZ, I was curious too.. I'm sure we only want to know so that we can continue feeling good about the CZ ;)

...or of course sell ours :) but I wouldn't feel happy about saying good bye to my CZ.
