Has anyone besides me had an issue with a new 6D where not only would the camera's shutter not fire, but it was extremely hard to access the MENU option or the INFO option? I called Canon about this and they say I have a defective camera with an electrical problem. (I have this problem no matter SD card, lens, or Canon battery I used.) I bought the camera from Amazon and of course it failed two days past the time I could return it for replacement. Fortunately, Amazon plans to honor the replacement even though it is past the date where they had to do so.

However, I'm worried this might be an issue with a lot of 6Ds and I will have the same malfunction sometime with a new 6D. Has anyone else had a problem like this with their camera? {Also, kudos to Amazon for being reasonable in handling my issue.)

3 months. Ok so far. Some time has a problem connecting with laptop to download, takes 2..3 attempts and fiddling with cords.

I got mine in at the beginning of January. I haven't had a single problem with it.
