Had a trip out to California and my main subject is cars(5%) and motorsports(95%). I love photography and love nature. Was able to get away and spend some time in two main locations. Ended up with a bunch of photos I really like.

Would like to present some of the national forest and my other thread and get some feedback. I have think skin so please relay and go over what is good. What is bad. Anything awful? Anything great? Thanks!

All photos are either Canon EOS 5D MKII & EF 24-105 f/4L IS or Sony next 5N & 18-55mm lens.

That is the view from Moro Rock in Sequoia National Forest. No real 'hiking' needed to get there. Can park and just climb the stairs.

Like #1, but that rock in the lower right is rather distracting; should have either had more of it, or none of it.

Like #2 quite a bit; nice composition, and nice exposure under tough conditions.

Don't much care for 3, 4, or 6; #3 needed more in focus, and ##4 and 6 just not much for subject matter or focal point.

I like ##5 and 8 for composition; overall, very nice shots, even with the haze (which adds to #5).

#7 totally lacks a focal point; really nowhere for the eye to go.
