Any ideas on how to improve on these?

Thanks! I'm just constantly wanting to improve and I like to hear ideas for the next time that's all. People here are very insightful and something someone may see or noticed that I may have not thought of.

As an option, more applicable for the first image is putting her or the right side of the image following the rule of thirds. But i like your sharpness, the emotion captured and the clean background.

One more suggestion, I would have someone distract her behind your left shoulder, so she looks almost straight into the camera and place her a bit to the right, creating negative space on the left, just like losangelino he said.
